Bio

Growing up a 80's latchkey kid, Miami Beach Artist John Lacko was raised on a steady diet of pirated Japanese cable game shows, monster movies & pixel chomping Atari foes; fueled by an abundant supply of sugary snacks. This turned out to be fertile ground for his avid imagination.

Today he runs Lacko Illustration, an established design studio specializing in the custom creation of vector illustrations, handcrafted typography, digital & screen printed apparel, character development, specialty prop design, animation and immersive retail spaces.

Partnering with a wide array industries including Advertising Agencies, Creative Directors, Toy & Game Designers, Sports Franchises, Retail Merchandise Art Buyers, and Entertainment Industry Project Managers - Lacko Illustration develops products and services for large corporate clients like Adobe, Zuca Bags, Hasbro, Crayola, Lionsgate Entertainment, Google & YouTube.
