This is a scripture song. The beginning was actually written several years ago, but life experiences in my walk with Christ have matured the message of the song. I was contemplating how every physical action on earth has a spiritual reaction in the heavens, and vice versa. The life we live is truly not our own in any sense, and we have no strength or vitality in and of ourselves. We must, therefore, live life in a way that is fully productive to eternal ambitions. We must, therefore, be fully garbed in the armor of God.
How it fits into contest
The chorus and first verse are based almost directly on Ephesians 6:10-12, and other scriptural allusions are II Timothy 2:3 and James 4:7-8.
