Artist bio

I have been drawing since I was old enough to hold a crayon. I drew on every piece of paper I could get (and I'm sure sometimes on the walls as well. I had a very happy childhood. Mi favorite genre of art is realistic portraiture. I've always been fascinated by faces, and that was mainly what that I drew, even as a child. Gospel art and music were always prominent in my family when I was little, I sang along with my three sisters gospel music. I have several other relatives on both sides of my family who are talented artists. So you can To say that my interest is in my ADN, however, I believe that anyone with the interest, the curiosity and the determination can learn to draw and paint well, even if they think they are “not talented.” As many artists do, I started by drawing with graphite pencil and sometimes with charcoal. When I was in my teens, my parents gave me an easel, a set of pastels, and a pastel notebook. Over the years I have also worked Adopted in oil, acrylic, pastel chalk, colored pencil, charcoal, watercolor, etc. I started doing portrait commissions when I was 16 years old and I really enjoy it because I love helping people celebrate the special bond they have with a child, a pet, or another loved family member or friend through Comment art.

How it fits into contest

Most days, many of us wake up each morning without even thinking about how God can influence our day. How He can protect us and shield us from the evil waiting outside our door. The Bible speaks truth and God never gave a suggestion, but instructions to be ready at ALL TIMES to put on the full armor of His protection EACH AND EVERY DAY! "
"For the LORD is faithful, and He will strengthen and protect you from the evil one" (2 Thessalonians 3:3). Life as we know it can vanish in the blink of an eye. Whether we live or die, if you're in Christ, you're covered by the shedding of His blood and the full armor of God!!
