Jurying will be in two parts:
Part 1: Identify artworks that are “distinguished” based on whether:
- the art is informed by Ephesians 6:10-20, broadly defined.
- the entry satisfies all the eligibility requirements.
Phase 1 of the jurying will occur on a rolling basis as artworks are submitted. All artists with distinguished artworks will receive a page on the Engage Art site.
Part 2: Consider all “distinguished” artworks and rank them based on:

50% artistic and technical strength
- creative interpretation
- command of the medium used/technical skill

Jurying will be by exemplary artists and other professionals and educators involved in the fields of visual art, music, filmmaking and the performing arts. They will be advised by professionals in ministry. We anticipate announcing the jury for the Engage Art North America Contest in Fall 2019. Copyright remains with the artist.
