We are delighted to announce that Ranika Chaney has been appointed as Executive Director of Engage Art, marking an exciting new season for our global community.

Ranika has been part of Engage Art since 2018, first in communications and more recently as Engagement Director. Her leadership has helped shape Engage Art into a vibrant global community of artists and creatives pursuing deeper faith together.

A gifted spoken word artist, certified Mental Health Coach, and experienced facilitator of conversations that foster meaningful human connection, Ranika brings both creative depth and relational wisdom to her leadership. Through partnerships with OddKin Unite and Story League, she has expanded Engage Art’s relational footprint and strengthened its culture of creative and spiritual connection.

“My vocation is at the intersection of art + faith + human connection,” she says.

A mother of five who leads from a place of deep faith, Ranika inspires those around her with her wisdom and affirmation. She holds a degree in Broadcast Journalism from Loyola University New Orleans.

As Executive Director, she will guide Engage Art into its next chapter of growth, multiplying human connection and deepening Scripture engagement for artists and art-lovers around the world.
