This piece was created to reflect prayer for the life and walk of my dear friend who lost her husband. I use a variety of fibers and techniques to weave on a handmade loom.

This work reflects a journey, a hopeful journey. It shows the process and pursuit of Christ’s purpose in life, encountering mountains and valleys but being ever ready. The colors reflect peace, truth, and righteousness. I prayerfully made this piece to be an encouragement to all who look at it.

Ephesians 6: "and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace. 14 Stand therefore, having fastened on the belt of truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and, as shoes for your feet, having put on the readiness given by the gospel of peace."
