Bio

Ashleigh is a Barbadian visual artist, residing on the beautiful Caribbean Island of her birth, Barbados. She holds an Associate Degree in Visual Arts, from the Barbados Community College. Specialising in fine art and illustration, she works primarily with watercolour, ink, and gouache. Her work is centred around the female form and nature, as she explores themes of emotion, faith, dreams, and stories wrapped in the passage of time, that seek to express the more vulnerable, and often deeply hidden aspects of ourselves.
