Brandon Allebach

Bio

Brandon Allebach has been an Albuquerque artist for over fifteen years. Inspired by Cubism, Catharsis, and art of the southwest, Brandon paints abstractions with acrylic on canvas. Using sharp lines and contrast, he focuses on creating depth that interweaves the foreground and background. He also likes birds and sunsets. Brandon Allebach is proudly a part of Art Lifting, an organization that promotes homeless and disabled artists. He is also a part of Albuquerque's Art On The Rio, a local art program. He has also been a part of the LymeLight Foundations’ “Dart for Art”, Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institutes’ “Art of Possibilities”, “Art Ability” at Bryn Mawr Rehabilitation Center, and “Art for The View” at Sunnyview Rehabilitation Hospital. He has also been a local presence at the New Mexico State Fair, New Mexico Masterworks, The New Mexico Art League, and The Rio Grande Arts and Crafts Festivals. Merits: “Honorable Mention” in paintings category at “Art of Possibilities” (Spring 2021). “The Change of Seasons” and “Discovering the Dream” in the Albuquerque Public Art Collection. “Honorable Mention” for Dedicated to the Unknown God at Fusion Arts “Lines, Shapes, and Objects “ (June 2020). “1st Place” in paintings category at Courage Kenny's 'Art of Possibilities ' (Spring 2020). “Honorable Mention” for 'Dedicated to the Unknown God' at New Mexico State Fair (Summer 2019). “Encouragement Award” in paintings category at “Art of Possibilities” (Spring 2019).
