Nakiya Grand aka Dare Declare is a lyrical expressant.Born and raised in South Bend Indiana.She grew up surrounded by a family of music lovers.She first started rapping in her late teens inspired by battle competitions on an urban network.She later came to comprehend that music is solace and a way of identifying and expressing herself.At the age of 16 she came to know the Lord.Godly zeal and her love for music combined and resulted in the artist self proclaimed as Dare Declare.
