I graduated from the School of Art and Architecture at the University of Illinois with a BA in Design, emphasizing photography and filmmaking. I then received a 1st Class FCC license which allowed me to work at a broadcast TV station doing audio and video tape. When the station transitioned to doing its artwork digitally, I readily switched into doing graphic design. I continued to do it for the next 30 years and have been nominated multiple times for a regional New England Emmy in animation and graphics At the same time, I have been making images on paper for over 50 years. Most of the images have been for several galleries and occasional shows. They are one of a kind drawings on paper using a variety of pencils but some of the images are limited edition lithographs drawn on metal plates. I continue to produce digital art for personal projects as well as drawings on paper.
