The Son of God was crucified. We are perplexed when we witness the death of Jesus, the Son of God. His death is not the end, but a paradoxical story that leads to resurrection. Under the cross, we can glimpse the psychological and spiritual aspects of various people. Each person reacts differently to Jesus Christ. Some pray, some grieve, and some mock and ridicule. Their hands are seen praying, comforting, holding flowers, holding hyssop, pointing fingers, holding spears, and stealing. By presenting various figures beneath the cross, we question the true nature of faith and courage in existence.
“The next day, John saw Jesus coming toward him and said: Here is the Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world!- John 1:29”
"Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world, have mercy on us and grant us peace."
Jesus Christ, who came to this world and demonstrated the courage to perfect love through sacrifice to break down all barriers,
I stand as 'The individual' before the cross.
Below the cross, I face myself with sincerity.
"Now, as you look at the cross, what thoughts are you having, and what choices are you making?"
