Bio

My name is Cindy Latrace. I use my writing a lot to clear out my thoughts and reframe my perspective. I find that my writing often starts out negative and self centered, but as I write down my thoughts, God has a way of taking me through my selfishness to see His graciousness in my life and give me purpose; there, I find hope and strength to keep going. I want to use the talents and gifts that God has given me to glorify His name, to connect with others and shine light into a dark world. I struggle to be confident in the creative work that I do, but trust that when I step out in faith, God will use my efforts to draw people closer to Him.

My writing is mostly for personal use, but I have written a few songs and poems that maybe need to be shared.

Jemimah is my daughter, incredibly talented with the video and technology aspects of editing to put this together. I am very grateful for her willingness to work with me. Jemimah is also an actress and artist, who enjoys drama, musical theatre, painting, songwriting and ukulele.
