Sugira finds herself in a fictional world of her oral cavity. We have the antagonism of the good microbes led by King AAA and the bad microbes led by the wicked Zezeze. History entertains and teaches oral hygiene at the microscopic level.

Sugira is a 7-year-old girl who does not like to brush her teeth. One day, she finds herself in the oral cavity kingdom of microbes. There are good microbes that protect the teeth and serve oral hygiene protection in general. There are also bad microbes that seek to destroy her teeth. Through community work, bonding and the love spirit with good microbes, Sugira manages to conquer the evil monster that seeks to destroy the health of her mouth and of other children.
