The prevailing emotional state of many people today, especially the younger generation, is one of intensity without direction. They feel deeply, overwhelmed by waves of emotion, yet struggle to anchor those feelings in meaningful relationships or genuine inner peace. Instead, they are consumed by their emotions, unable to reach outward, leaving their hearts barren.
