This song responds to Eph 6:10-20 because it portrays the peace we should have when praying, supplicating, and watching in the Spirit. Something about the dulcimer helps the listener to fight off the evil powers we are fighting with in those high places.

The inspiration comes from 1 Samuel 16:23 "And it came to pass, when the evil spirit from God was upon Saul, that David took an harp, and played with his hands: so Saul was refreshed, and was well, and the evil spirit departed from him."

This song is a reminder to me that God is still in control of my life. When I listen to this track I meditate on the words in Psalm 46:10 "Be still and know that I am God."
