The artwork speaks about the spiritual journey that a person who is struggling with choosing between good and evil, Because doing evil is easier than doing what’s right. Doing what’s right takes a lot more work and dedication, which unfortunately people can lose sometimes. that's why in the painting even when he chose the good side still looks for the bad but at the same time feels guilty about it.
