My art work is a drawing of a man(us) , dressed in the armor of God, standing ready on the day of evil for a spiritual battle.
He has the belt of TRUTH worn round his waist, the Truth is Jesus Christ. Acknowledging Jesus as the Truth is vital in winning a spiritual battle and also being a person of truth, like Psalm 51:6 said, SURELY YOU DESIRE TRUTH IN THE INNER PARTS, YOU TEACH ME WISDOM IN THE INMOST PLACE.
The second armour is RIGHTEOUSNESS. It can be seen guiding his heart like a breastplate. Being righteous is pivotal in winning a spiritual battle, the heart is brewing joint of all thoughts that may keep us as ally of Christ or someone forsaken. Proverbs 4:23 emphasized on it, ABOVE ALL, GUARD YOUR HEART, FOR IT IS THE WELLSPRING OF LIFE.
The third is the GOSPEL OF PEACE. His feet is fastened with the ever readiness to spread the gospel of peace; good news. we are to advance onto the battlefield unafraid, because we carry with us the good news of Jesus’ death and resurrection. No matter what debris the enemy throws as us, amidst the war and chaos, we know God has everything under control and that his plan cannot be thwarted by the devil. Romans 10:14-15, HOW, THEN, CAN THEY CALL ON THE ONE THEY HAVE NOT BELIEVED IN? AND HOW CAN THEY BELIEVE IN THE ONE OF WHOM THEY HAVE NOT HEARD? AND HOW CAN THEY HEAR WITHOUT SOMEONE PREACHiNG TO THEM?
15'. AND HOW CAN THEY PEACH UNLESS THEY ARE SENT? AS IT IS WRITTEN, "HOW BEAUTIFUL ARE THE FEET OF THOSE WHO BRING GOOD NEWS." They gospel of peace brings encouragement and hope to others in the spiritual battle to be ready for the day of evil.
The fourth armour is the SHIELD OF FAITH. The shield of faith being carried is to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. These darts, burning dart, can come in many forms; criticism, tribulations, mockery e. t. c. Faith is both an offensive and a defensive weapon. 2 Corinthians 10:3-6, FOR THOUGH WE LIVE IN THE WORLD, WE DO NOT WAGE WAR AS THE WORLD DOES. 4'. THE WEAPONS WE FIGHT WITH AGE NOT THE WEAPONS OF THE WORLD. ON THE CONTRARY, THEY HAVE DIVINE POWER TO DEMOLISH STRONGHOLDS.
5'.WE DEMOLISH ARGUMENTS AND EVERY PRETENSION THAT SETS ITSELF UP AGAINST THE KNOWLEDGE OF GOD, AND WE TAKE CAPTIVE EVERY THOUGHT OF GOD, AND MAKE IT OBEDIENT TO CHRIST.
6'. AND WE WILL BE READY TO PUNISH EVERY ACT OF DISOBEDIENCE, ONCE YOUR OBEDIENCE IS COMPLETE.

Fifth armour worn is the HELMET OF SALVATION. The head being the most important part of the body houses the organ that we use to call upon the name of the Lord, and the only ticket is upon receiving Salvation.

Sixth armor is the SWORD OF SPIRIT. Unlike the common sword of metal, the sword of the spirit is the world of God, written in the bible which must be spoken by the mouth, worthy upon salvation. Hebrews 4:12, FOR THE WORD OF GOD IS LIVING AND ACTIVE. SHARPER THAN ANY DOUBLE EDGED SWORD, IT PENETRATES EVEN TO DIVIDE SOUL AND SPIRIT, JOINTS AND MARROW; IT JUDGES THE THOUGHTS AND ATTITUDES OF THE HEART.

Seventh armor is PRAYING IN THE HOLY GHOST. The dove hovering on the soldier's head represents the holy spirit and his opened mouth indicates him praying in the spirit. 1 Corinthians 14:15-16, SO WHAT SHALL I DO? I WILL PRAY WITH MY SPIRIT, BUT I WILL ALSO PRAY WITH MY MIND ;I WILL SING WITH MY SPIRIT BUT I WILL ALSO SING WITH MY MIND.
16'. IF YOU ARE PRAISING GOOD WITH YOUR SPIRIT HOW CAN ONE WHO FINDS HIMSELF AMONG THOSE WHO DO NOT UNDERSTAND SAY "AMEN" TO YOUR THANKSGIVING, SINCE HE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT YOU ARE SAYING?
Winning a war is all about deception, and here we have praying the holy spirit a spiritual deception to confuse the enemy and defeating them in our spiritual warfare.
