"The Armour is to be Worn!" was actually begun about 7 years ago. For reasons I didn't understand at the time, I felt inspired to begin sketching it in my pad. Having set it aside, I would think of it from time to time, but didn't realize its significance until your contest crossed my email. Almost all Christians are familiar with the passage, and many know it by heart. But very few actually "PUT ON" the whole armour. We believe in it, we admire it, but somehow, we don't actually wear it. This piece is meant to inspire us to slip it on every morning.

"The Armour is to be Worn" is directly inspired by God, through Ephesians 6:10-20

This is an original work, inspired by God seven years ago, which I created over the last two weeks. My wife Rosi Parker, designed the shape of the cross, and gave constructive criticism along the way.
