Artist bio

My name is Alison Middleton and I have study at Benedict College. There I obtain my B.A. in studio art. I fell in love with art at a young age and found that I was talented at it. When I coupled that talent with my christian life I found a dynamic duo. I am learning to share what I have experienced, my testimony. I enjoy every opportunity I get to do so.

Artist Statement

This a a modern-day warrior piece. It represents the full armour of God in this latter day. Stand Firm is my interpretation of the every day christian. As we walk the path of discipleship, we face challenges that could permanently keep us down. However if we put on the full armour of God we have more than a fighting chance. We will overcome and be victorious.
