How it fits into contest
The artwork reflects what is written in Ephesians 6:10-20. It reflects the unseen evil forces that can be found even in those we have the most trust like our law enforcement. Whenever evil comes to us, as the painting depicts, we must follow the word of God and stand up to this evil with the shield of faith, knowing that truth will come. It is up to us not to overreact to the situation, however. Only in this way can we extinguish the flaming arrows of evil.
