Title

Angel, Armor of God

Medium/Genre

Digital Art

Artist Statement

My artwork reflects visualizations that appear instantaneously to me, as an expression of my faith in God through difficult times. This particular image appeared to me one day as I was praying. I render the images just as I see them.

How it fits into contest

The Angel represents a visualization by a family of their faith in the form of an Angel representing to them "the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand firm." The Angel is carrying the family through turbulent times and darkness, represented by the figures behind and in front of the angel.
