Artist Statement

This piece inspired by Yahweh's word ephesians 6:10-20 though it may be simple is deep in meaning. I got the inspiration of the armor of Yahweh generally presenting itself as a figure hovering over the woman for the Japanese sutando (スタンド ) which means a visual manifestation of life energy. Also the colors red, black and purple. Red symbolizing anointing, black symbolizing the judgement of Yahweh Elohim on top of the armor and lastly purple displayed on the shirt of the girl, who is keeping in that prayerful attitude, symbolizes royalty. We as a royal priesthood under the anointing and authority of our heavenly father Yahweh Elohim. Surrounded by the inspired scripture. Thank you, HalleluYah'weh.

How it fits into contest

This piece has the inspired scriptures telling us about the spiritual warfare and how to win against it outlined but also the armor of Yahweh Elohim that we must equip ourselves with above a woman representing "the bride" as our savior Yahshua the Messiah describes us, as Yahweh's people keeping in prayer directly connecting us in communication with the creator.
