These images (a part of my #MELTING collection) was created through the process of depression, adversaries, and oppositions I have faced earlier this year. Creating these pieces shows the emotions behind each person and what that entails in my journey of becoming an independent artist; and deciding that this is the path that God has planned for me to take.

From the reading of the word, Ephesians 6: 13-15, "Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace." #MELTING represents the aftermath of a preparation for an accomplishment or goal that contains growth, adversary, and success throughout time. From this scripture, these images explains the unexpected planning that you have prepared yourself for. After you have gone through a tough trial in your life (when times you have fell to the floor and you felt that the things you have wanted are crashing down) only God is letting you know that he has a better plan for you. When you get back up and stand, anything you face in your way (including evil), you'll know what to expect when it comes in your pathway again.
