I studied art at the National School of Plastic Arts UNAM in Mexico City, I am a painter and I have participated in several cotective and individual exhibitions. I am very interested in the investigation of classical techniques and I have taken courses of specialization in oil at the Faculty of Art and Design of the UNAM.

This work has been carried out in the classic concept of tenebrism on oil, presenting a light management that allows to generate a very spiritual atmosphere.

How it fits into contest

This work was created to connect the viewer with their spirituality.

The armor of God that every human being needs to fight against evil powers and obscurities, to which Ephesians 6: 10-20 mentions, is to increase our faith through prayer, this will be the sword with which we can defend ourselves and proclaim the gospel. This is why this painting calls the prayer
