I have been painting for the last 50 years. I have lived in New Mexico for 38 years. I grew up in the Chicago area and went to Art School in Massachusetts at Swain School of design. I finished my degrees at southern Illinois University. After finishing school I moved to Santa Fe New Mexico and lived there for 28 years. When I live there I was in several galleries. My real success was selling my work to public art. "New Mexico Arts" I have large paintings that hang in public buildings across New Mexico. My favorite location is in the Roswell county courthouse where I have a large Aspen landscape. In 2009 I moved to Albuquerque New Mexico great took up teaching Art. For the last 7 years I have worked at the North Fourth Art Center. This was a rewarding our job where I taught adults with developmental disabilities and other disabilities. I'm also a jazz musician and play many instruments.
