The artwork highlights the sword of the spirit which is the word of God and what can happen in the spiritual realm once you live by God's word.

Ephesians 6:17 denotes that the sword of the spirit is the Word of God. This image highlights that our sword is the Holy Bible in which the word is written. The bible is God-breathed; 2 Timothy 3:16 and is very powerful. God worked many miracles simply by speaking and is able to breathe life. God's word is the truth and in it comes great power. Hebrews 4:12 says "For the word of God is living and active, sharper than any two-edged sword. So, once we live by his word then no evil shall befall us.

In Christ, we are new creatures which explains the white apparel of the birds. This apparel signifies purity; being cleansed by the holy spirit and now renewed. These purified creatures are seen moving away from the darkness and into the marvelous light. They are allowing the holy spirit to guide them for as it is written, "thy word is a lamp unto thy feet and a light unto thy path", Psalms 119:105.

The Word of God (sword of the spirit) educates us on the whole armour of God for full protection from spiritual warfare. It is unique because it is the only offensive weapon identified which can too be defensive. Many biblical stories portray the wicked falling by his own sword but putting on the whole armour of God guarantees complete protection. Once he lives in us, he will fight battles on our behalf and will wrestle against powers, principalities and dark spirits. Vengeance is his and the word of God informs us on all these things. Therefore equip thyself with the word; stand still and see the salvation of God. Darkness must be moved.
